Job Description

We are looking for a pre-primary/primary english teacher who can teach english (primarily phonics) to children between the ages of 3 to 8 years. The primary role is to teach in front of the camera in the clearest, most interesting, and engaging way possible across different formats to help children achieve learning outcomes. This role involves creating recorded videos and teaching live in front of a camera to children. This is a work-from-home position. If you don't have Digital studio setup then videos will be recorded in our studios.

Note: We are open for Hindi Medium also, but pure Hindi curriculum.

What this role involves -

- Teaching phonics (jolly phonics) and similar english early educational concepts for children between the ages of 3-8 years through recorded video and live online classes

- Developing a curriculum and learning outcomes for teaching phonics and other english early educational concepts

- Developing supplimentary learning material to go along with the videos and live classes

- Creating and delivering supporting content of the classes on online forums and social media

- Taking full ownership of the content from ideation to execution for the recorded videos and live classes

What we look for -

- An excellent presenter in front of the camera who can present content in an informing and engaging way

- Experience of minimum 1 + year as a Preschool/Primary Teacher

- Graduation/Post graduation + ECCED, NTT, Phonics, Montessori or any other Pre-Primary Certification

- Excellent english communication skills

- Passion to teach and deconstruct things

- Ability to take ownership of projects and see things through from start to finish.
