Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert working with grownup students and younger kids. The professional will design and deliver structured phonics lessons and public speaking sessions, adapting content and teaching styles to different age groups and proficiency levels. Typical tasks include planning interactive lessons, conducting live online classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback and support. The role also involves creating or refining learning materials, collaborating with the internal team to improve curricula, and maintaining clear communication with learners and caregivers. The successful candidate will promote confidence, clarity of speech, and effective communication skills in a safe, inclusive, and engaging virtual classroom environment.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in phonics instruction and spoken English, with the ability to teach both younger kids and adult learners.
• Experience in public speaking coaching, including voice modulation, stage presence, articulation, and confidence-building strategies.
• Demonstrated skill in lesson planning, curriculum development, and creating age-appropriate, engaging learning activities.
• Proficiency with online teaching tools, virtual classroom platforms, and basic digital content creation for e-learning.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered and inclusive approach.
• Prior teaching, training, or tutoring experience in language, communication, or soft skills education is highly beneficial.
• Relevant academic background in Education, English, Communication, Theatre, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage schedules across time zones, and maintain professional reliability.
