Role Description This full-time remote role is for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert who will work with grownup students and younger children across different learning segments. The professional will design and deliver structured phonics and public speaking lessons, conduct interactive online sessions, and adapt teaching methods to suit diverse age groups and proficiency levels. Daily responsibilities include planning lesson content, creating engaging activities and practice materials, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to build confidence and communication skills. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, maintaining learner records, communicating regularly with caregivers or adult learners, and ensuring a positive, inclusive learning experience in every session.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in phonics instruction, literacy development, and spoken English for both children and adults.
- Demonstrated ability in public speaking training, voice modulation, presentation skills, and confidence-building techniques.
- Experience with online teaching tools, e-learning platforms, and creating interactive digital learning materials.
- Skilled in classroom management for virtual settings, lesson planning, and age-appropriate instructional design.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear articulation, active listening, and empathetic learner engagement.
- Ability to work with diverse learners, including different age groups, backgrounds, and proficiency levels, in a gender-neutral and inclusive manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field; specialized certifications in phonics or public speaking are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an educator, trainer, or coach in language, communication, or soft skills, preferably in an online or blended learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in managing schedules, and comfort working independently in a remote setup.
