We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Phone Banking Officers to join our team in India. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-5 years of experience who are looking to start or further their careers in the banking sector.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking services.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, transactions, and banking products.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Promote bank products and services to customers over the phone.
Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to banking regulations.
Document call details and customer interactions in the system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve performance targets set by the management.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi mandatory
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic understanding of banking products and services.
Proficiency in using computer applications and banking software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Team player with a positive attitude.
