Phoenix is Myntra's initiative designed to be a launchpad for women returning to their careers after a break. This six‑month program provides a supportive environment that helps ensure a smooth transition back to work. During your time in Phoenix, you'll collaborate with some of the best talent in the e‑commerce industry and work on projects aligned with your interests and abilities. This experience is designed to empower you, build your skills, and potentially open the door to full‑time opportunities at Myntra.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Write maintainable/scalable/efficient code.
- Work in a cross-functional team, collaborating with peers during the entire SDLC.
- Follow coding standards, unit-testing, code reviews etc.
- Follow release cycles and commitment to deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of one year of experience in very large-scale applications is required.
- Understanding of problem solving skills, data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with distributed systems handling large amounts of data.
- Fair understanding in coding skills in Java/J2EE, Golang, Spring, Springboot, Web technologies, RDBMS/messaging
