During your time in Phoenix, you'll collaborate with some of the best talent in the e‑commerce industry and work on projects aligned with your interests and abilities. This experience is designed to empower you, build your skills, and potentially open the door to full‑time opportunities at Myntra.

As an professional with 2.0-8.0 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing vendor relationships, overseeing inventory planning, optimizing category operations, ensuring profit management, and devising effective sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management:

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key vendors, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products or services.

Relationship Management

Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and achieve common goals for mutual benefit.

Inventory Planning

Developing and implementing inventory strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce holding costs, and ensure product availability in line with demand forecasts.

Category Operations

Overseeing the end-to-end management of product categories, from selection and assortment planning to pricing, promotion, and placement to maximize sales and profitability.

Profit Management

Analyzing financial data, identifying profit opportunities, and implementing strategies to enhance margins, reduce costs, and drive overall profitability.

Sales Strategy

Developing and executing sales strategies, setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective measures to achieve revenue goals and market share growth.

By leveraging your expertise in vendor management, relationship management, inventory planning, category operations, profit management, and sales strategy, you will contribute significantly to the organization's success and competitive positioning in the market.
