Phlebotomist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Phlebotomist located in Pune. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for blood collection, processing samples, labeling vials correctly, maintaining sample integrity, and updating medical records. The role includes ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, properly disposing of biohazardous waste, and assisting healthcare professionals with other medical tasks as needed.

• Laboratory Skills and Medical Assisting skills
• Proficiency in Medical Terminology
• Strong understanding of Blood Collection processes
• Knowledge of Medicine fundamentals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols strictly
• Relevant certification or degree in phlebotomy or related field
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
