Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for collecting blood samples professionally and ensuring proper labeling and storage of specimens. Daily tasks will include adhering to strict safety protocols, maintaining patient records, explaining procedures to patients to ensure comfort, and assisting with other medical and laboratory duties as needed. The role requires a focus on quality, efficiency, and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Blood Collection, including venipuncture and handling biological samples
• Strong knowledge of Laboratory Skills and Medical Assisting
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology and basic understanding of Medicine
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and adherence to safety protocols
• Commitment to patient care and ability to put patients at ease during procedures
• A valid certification in phlebotomy or a related medical assisting field
• Experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting is preferred but not mandatory
