Phlebotomist- Home Care

Key Deliverables:

• Perform venipuncture and blood sample collection in home care settings
• Ensure accurate labelling and documentation of all collected samples
• Maintain high standards in safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients and ensure comfort during procedures

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare and educate patients before procedures
• Coordinate with labs for timely processing and reporting
• Maintain phlebotomy equipment and supply inventory
• Participate in ongoing training and adhere to healthcare best practices
