About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Philanthropy & Community Impact Manager - India and the Philippines to lead and execute community impact and philanthropic strategy across both markets. This role is responsible for managing market‑level philanthropy, nonprofit partnerships, employee volunteerism, and regulatory compliance while advancing enterprise priorities related to reputation, trust, and social risk.
With dual reporting to the Head of Employee Volunteerism, Disaster, and Global Philanthropy and the Head of Public Affairs for India and the Philippines, this role operates within complex regulatory and cultural environments and requires close collaboration with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Communications, and business partners. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong regional expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
