Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning.
  • Prepare and present strategic plans, reports, and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to support growth objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a related field, preferably within the health insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry and regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
