Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
Software Skills: AutoCAD, REVIT, and Navisworks etc

Handling large scale corporate/ residential /commercial projects.
Job Description
Drafting & Design:
- Develop detailed PHE and fire protection drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
- Prepare layouts for plumbing, drainage, rainwater harvesting, firefighting, and gas supply systems.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant local and international codes (e.g., NFPA, NBC, IPC).
- Create coordinated MEP drawings, integrating PHE/fire systems with HVAC and electrical services.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with MEP engineers to interpret and translate design concepts into working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines for seamless integration of services.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Review and revise drawings based on engineer feedback, client requirements, and site conditions.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all drafting work.
- Maintain organized drawing documentation for easy reference and revisions.
