JD for PHE Manager

1.Good understanding of local and international design standards, code & local authority requirements. 2. Sound knowledge on -

Design calculations such as Water demand estimation, Pump Head calculation, Pipe Sizing, STP sizing, Tank sizing, Infra services sizing etc.,

design process from concept to GFC

space planning for services.

review of design documents.

Rainwater harvesting system, WTP, STP and Solid waste management.

architectural and structural drawings and design intent.

Review and approval of contractor's shop drawings and material submittals.

Document preparation for Authority submission

3. Coordination level understanding of other services such as HVAC, Electrical, PA SYSTEM, CCTV SYSTEM, BMS SYSTEM, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, ETC.

4. Good in Co- ordination with relevant stake holders for follow up and approvals.

5. Attending site Meetings and Timely review and response to RFI and queries from Site.

6. Coordination with Commercial and procurement team for cost inputs and tender technical discussions.

7. Technical review of products for rate contract.

8.Auto CAD Knowledge for review of drawings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in plumbing engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations, with a focus on health and safety.

Experience in construction or building design, with a focus on health and safety.

Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
