PHE BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for plumbing, drainage, water supply, and other public health engineering systems.
• Prepare PHE layouts, detailed drawings, sections, and schedules as per project requirements.
• Work with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure effective model coordination.
• Identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards, specifications, and relevant codes.
• Update BIM models based on design changes and coordination comments.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings and construction documentation.
• Maintain model accuracy and deliverables within project timelines.

Preferred skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in PHE BIM modeling.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM coordination processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
