Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a PHD Scholar, located at the Bengaluru campus of GITAM Deemed University. The PHD Scholar will be responsible for conducting advanced research in their chosen field of study, collaborating with faculty mentors, and publishing research findings in recognized journals. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the academic community through presentations, assisting faculty in teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses, and participating in seminars, workshops, and conferences hosted by the university.
Qualifications
- Strong academic background with the ability to conduct independent research and contribute to collaborative projects.
- Proficiency in academic writing, research methodologies, and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present and document research findings effectively.
- Ability to engage in teaching assistance and participate actively in academic discussions, workshops, and seminars.
- Experience in using specialized research tools and technologies relevant to the field of study.
- Master's degree in a relevant field with a strong academic track record (prior research experience is an advantage).
- A proactive attitude, critical thinking ability, and strong analytical skills are essential.
