PHC-DCT-NetApp Administration- MS

We are seeking an experienced NetApp Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our NetApp storage environments. The role will focus on ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of storage systems, supporting enterprise workloads, and collaborating with IT and business teams on storage requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain NetApp storage environments (ONTAP, AFF, FAS systems).
• Perform storage provisioning, LUN creation, volume management, and snapshot management.
• Monitor storage performance, capacity, and availability; proactively address potential issues.
• Perform upgrades, patching, and maintenance of NetApp storage systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related storage issues.
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with virtualization, database, and application teams to support enterprise workloads.
• Document storage architecture, configurations, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
• Participate in storage-related projects, including migrations, consolidations, and performance tuning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP, AFF, FAS, and related storage technologies.
• Experience with SnapMirror, SnapVault, and other replication technologies.
• Strong understanding of SAN and NAS protocols (NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI, FC).
• Knowledge of storage provisioning, capacity planning, and performance monitoring.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., NetBackup, Veeam).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex storage issues and implement solutions.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
