We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have the responsibility of dispensing medications, providing patient education, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. This role is perfect for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are passionate about pharmacy practice and patient health.

Responsibilities

• Dispensing medications and advising patients on their safe use.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
• Monitoring patient health and progress to ensure safety and effectiveness of medication.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and medication inventories.
• Providing drug information and education to patients and staff.
• TNPC Certificate is Mandatory
• working timings: 8AM TO 2PM, 2PM TO 8PM AND 8PM TO 8AM

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from a recognised institution.
• Valid pharmacist registration with the state pharmacy council.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and medication management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
