Role Description The Pharmacy Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations in alignment with Ayurvedic and conventional healthcare standards. The role includes supervising pharmacy technicians, managing inventory, ensuring accurate dispensing of prescriptions, and maintaining proper storage and documentation of medicines. The Pharmacy Manager will monitor regulatory compliance, implement best practices in pharmacy workflow, and support immunization services where applicable. This role also involves providing professional guidance to patients, collaborating with healthcare practitioners, training staff, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Pharmacy and Pharmacy Practice, including knowledge of Ayurvedic and conventional medications.
  • Candidates should possess skills in working effectively with Pharmacy Technicians, including supervision, mentoring, and workflow coordination.
  • Candidates should possess skills related to Prescription management, including accurate dispensing, documentation, and counseling on medication use.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Immunization services, including adherence to protocols, safety standards, and patient education.
  • Relevant degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or M.Pharm) and valid registration with the appropriate pharmacy council.
  • Experience in retail or hospital pharmacy management, preferably with exposure to Ayurvedic products and practices.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with patients and colleagues, maintain ethical standards, and work flexible hours as needed.
