Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Manager located in Chennai. The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, managing pharmacy staff, ensuring accurate prescription dispensing, maintaining compliance with all regulations, and optimizing inventory management. The role also includes providing patient counseling, supervising immunization services, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and knowledge of Prescription handling
- Experience managing Pharmacy Technicians and ensuring team efficiency
- Proficient in handling Immunization services and maintaining compliance with relevant healthcare regulations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) and a valid pharmacist license
- Proven experience in a pharmacy management role or similar healthcare setting is a plus
- Commitment to delivering quality patient care and knowledge of inventory management systems
