This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Pharmacy Cluster Manager. The role involves managing daily operations across multiple pharmacy locations, ensuring the effective implementation of pharmacy practices and processes, and maintaining adherence to regulatory standards. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, coordinating with suppliers, supervising pharmacy staff, and ensuring high standards of customer service and safety. The role also requires assessing performance metrics, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies to achieve operational excellence across the cluster.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Prescription management
• Hands-on expertise and experience with Pharmacy Technicians
• Understanding of vaccinations and Immunization processes
• Proficiency in team management, communication, and customer service skills
• Problem-solving abilities and knowledge of regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus)
• Relevant work experience in pharmacy operations or management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site, and collaborative environment
