PHARMACOLOGY

• Dispense medications to patients and provide counseling on their proper use.
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of prescriptions and dispensing activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication therapy plans.
• Monitor patient outcomes and report any adverse reactions or interactions to the medical team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for medication management and disposal.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharmacy) from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medicine, and health care services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to resolve medication-related issues.
