Job Description
- Dispense medications to patients and provide counseling on their proper use.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of prescriptions and dispensing activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication therapy plans.
- Monitor patient outcomes and report any adverse reactions or interactions to the medical team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for medication management and disposal.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharmacy) from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medicine, and health care services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to resolve medication-related issues.
