About The Role

We are looking for a B.Pharm graduate to join our team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer/patient queries, providing product-related information, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient/customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information related to medicines, products, and treatment plans within the defined scope.
• Coordinate with doctors, pharmacists, and internal teams whenever required.
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM/customer information.
• Follow up with customers/patients and ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Support sales and conversion activities while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and pharmacy-related guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient/customer information.
  
  

Requirements

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm qualification is mandatory.
• Freshers can apply; relevant experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of medicines, pharmacy, and healthcare products.
• Comfortable working with CRM/software and basic computer applications.
• Customer-focused and willing to work in a target-oriented environment.
