Responsibilities

• Dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare providers and ensure accuracy of prescriptions.
• Provide information to patients regarding medications, side effects, and interactions.
• Conduct medication reviews and monitor patient responses to therapies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient information.
• Counsel patients on health and wellness topics, including disease prevention and management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited institution.
• Registered Pharmacist license in India.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmacology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
