Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacist located in Mumbai. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medication, counseling patients on prescriptions, ensuring the accuracy of medication orders, maintaining inventory, and adhering to regulatory standards and best practices. Additional responsibilities include educating patients on drug interactions, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacology, medication therapy, and drug interactions
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and record-keeping requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with pharmacy management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) is required
- Licensure and registration as a Pharmacist as per local regulations is mandatory
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
