Medifalcon Clinics is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. You will be responsible for managing medication dispensing, ensuring patient safety, and supporting clinical and operational pharmacy functions. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-centric, and committed to excellence in pharmaceutical care.

As a Pharmacist at Medifalcon Clinics, you will:

1. Medication Dispensing & Inventory

• Accurately dispense prescribed medications to patients and caregivers.
• Ensure all medications are labelled correctly and handed out with clear usage instructions.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory: stock-taking, ordering, and restocking medicines and supplies.

2. Patient Counseling & Support

• Provide professional counseling on medication use, side effects, interactions, and storage.
• Answer patient queries with clarity and empathy.
• Educate patients on adherence to treatment regimens.

3. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, rules, and regulatory standards (state & central).
• Maintain records of prescriptions, controlled substances, and returns per legal requirements.
• Adhere to NABH/NABL recommendations where applicable and support audit readiness.

4. Collaboration with Clinical Team

• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff to optimize patient care.
• Provide drug information and recommendations when required.
• Escalate and communicate identified medication issues effectively.

5. Pharmacy Operations & Safety

• Implement safe storage practices for medications including temperature-sensitive items.
• Follow cleaning, hygiene, and waste disposal protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement of pharmacy systems and processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm/B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
• Valid Pharmacist License (State Pharmacy Council).
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws, drug storage, and medication dispensing.
