- Maintaining accurate and complete medication records in compliance with legal and hospital regulations.

Qualifications:

- A Diploma / Degree in Pharmacy and a valid state license to practice as a Pharmacist.

- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical care and medication management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

- Attention to detail and adherence to patient safety protocols.
