Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Medical Representative. The individual will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a current understanding of products, and keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote company products to Doctors, Hospitals, and Pharmacies
• Regularly meet doctors and chemists as per assigned plan
• Achieve Monthly and Quarterly Sales Targets
• Generate prescriptions and ensure product availability
• Conduct product detailing and presentations
• Maintain daily call reports, sales reports, and feedback
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Participate in promotional activities, meetings, and training programs.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Education: Any graduate / B.Sc / B.Pharm / D.Pharm preferred
• Experience: 1 5 years experience as a Medical Representative. Experience Mandatory.
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Willingness to work in field
• Two-wheeler & valid driving license mandatory
