Job Title: Pharma Vertical – Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding)
Location: Mumbai | CTC: 12–15 LPA | Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
* Drive freight forwarding sales (Air/Ocean) for Pharma vertical
* Handle key accounts, client retention & solution selling
* Generate new business & revenue growth across region
* Collaborate with operations, pricing & internal teams
* Sell end-to-end logistics solutions (CFS / ICD / Port / Warehousing)
* Monitor targets, KPIs, forecasts & monthly performance
* Manage receivables, profitability & budgeting (GP/Revenue)
* Build inbound & outbound logistics network
* Provide market insights, competitor analysis & business intelligence
* Lead & drive regional sales team performance
* Represent company in client meetings, events & industry forums - Ideal Candidate
* Strong freight forwarding sales background (Pharma preferred)
* Experience in handling large clients & regional targets
* Good understanding of end-to-end logistics solutions
