We are seeking a Pharma Production Assistant Manager for our injectables division at our facility in Bahadurgarh. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting production processes, ensuring adherence to quality control standards, and collaborating with team members to achieve operational objectives. The role includes supervising production activities, addressing technical challenges, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

• Proficiency in Production Assistance, with experience in managing and optimizing production workflows.
• Familiarity with Quality Control processes to ensure product compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Customer Service skills to address concerns and ensure satisfaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented Editing abilities to review and refine production-related documentation.
• Proven problem-solving and leadership capabilities in a production environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically in injectables, is highly advantageous.
