Pharma Language Editor

• Review and edit promotional and scientific content for spelling, grammar, style, brand consistency, and readability.
• Apply client-specific style guides and brand guidelines meticulously.
• Ensure logical structure, clarity, and accuracy in documents.
• Identify and flag inconsistencies, data conflicts, or deviations from regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, compliant content.
• Maintain checklists, documentation standards, and timelines.
• Proactively flag scope changes or quality risks.

What We're Looking For

• Strong command over English (written and verbal).
• Experience as an editor/proofreader—preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical domain.
• Ability to understand complex scientific concepts and communicate them clearly.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences
• OR
• M.A. in English Literature with relevant pharmaceutical editing experience.
