Job Description Pharma Training & Content Intern
About PharmaULearn
PharmaULearn is an e-learning and certification platform for pharma students, fresh graduates, and working professionals. We create job-oriented courses, career guidance content, and skill-based certification programs for the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
Interns will work in one or more of the following areas depending on their interest:
1. Content Creation (Pharma)
Research topics in QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, PV, Production, R&D, Medical Writing.
Prepare simplified notes, slides, short scripts, and infographics for courses.
Assist in writing blogs, newsletters, and study material.
2. Course Development
Support in developing module structure, quizzes, MCQs, and assessments.
Proofreading and formatting content for e-learning quality.
3. Social Media & Engagement
Create educational posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
Contribute ideas for engaging reels, carousel posts, and weekly study tips.
4. Admin & Support
Help in managing student queries, email communication, and enrollment tracking.
Support with certification processing and Unique Certificate ID entries.
Skills Required
Basic pharma knowledge (QA/QC/RA/PV preferable but not mandatory).
Good communication & writing skills.
Interest in training, teaching, research, or digital content.
Ability to learn fast and work independently.
Canva/PowerPoint knowledge is a bonus.
