Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for candidates with a Ph.D. and 2-5 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, creating strategic frameworks, and developing comprehensive solutions for educational institutions and students. They will work closely with academic and institutional clients to design internationalization strategies, build partnerships, and implement innovative educational initiatives. The role also includes providing mentorship and career guidance to students to help them achieve their higher education goals.

Qualifications

• Strong research and critical analysis skills, with the ability to synthesize information and develop actionable insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in professional writing and academic mentorship.
• Ability to lead and manage academic projects, including customized profile-building tasks and develop academic enrichment and holistic learming peogrsms.
• Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, adaptability, and relationship-building with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for data management and research purposes is an asset.
• Ph.D. in a relevant field and 2-5 years of work experience in an academic institution or eduction consulting firm.
• Preference for cadidates with Scopus indexed publications
