Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for individuals with 2 to 7 years of experience in teaching, research, or consulting. Responsibilities include designing and delivering academic content, conducting research initiatives, providing high-quality consultation to institutional and student clients, and creating innovative strategies for educational growth. The role also involves developing partnerships, mentoring students, and offering expert guidance on internationalization of higher education.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in teaching, research, and consulting, with 2-7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge generation, and research-oriented solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills for diverse audiences including students and institutional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cross-cultural collaboration, international education systems, and global higher education opportunities.
• Proven ability to design and execute strategies for building academic partnerships and facilitating career development initiatives.
• Commitment to ethical practices, innovation, continuous learning, and client-focused solutions.
• Ph.D. in a relevant field or equivalent experience; familiarity with the education consulting industry is an advantage.
• A prolific research profile comprising Scopus indexed publications in a big plus.
