Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Psychology, based in Gurugram (Sector 65). The PGT Psychology will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging and impactful lessons, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. The role also includes conducting psychological tests, guiding students on mental health and well-being, and participating in academic and extracurricular activities as part of the school's holistic approach.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in Psychology and experience or expertise in conducting Psychological Testing
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Understanding of Mental Health concepts and the ability to provide guidance to promote student well-being
• Experience in the Education field, especially in teaching Psychology at the secondary or senior secondary level
• Master's degree in Psychology or a related field
• Ability to mentor, inspire, and engage students to foster their holistic growth
• Relevant teaching certifications or qualifications would be an added advantage
