Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a PGT-Physics teacher located in Punjab. The individual will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive physics lessons to senior secondary students, covering theoretical and practical aspects. Duties include designing lesson plans, preparing and grading assessments, mentoring students to achieve academic success, and staying updated on advancements in the field of physics. Collaboration with fellow educators for curriculum development and participation in school activities are also expected.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Physics concepts, including Theoretical Physics and Radiation
- Expertise in Physics Education and the ability to teach complex concepts in an engaging and simplified manner
- Familiarity with fields such as Medical Physics to provide relevant real-world applications
- Excellent communication, instructional, and mentoring skills
- Postgraduate degree in Physics or a closely related field; a teaching certification is preferred
- Experience teaching at the senior secondary level is an advantage
- Passion for fostering student growth and commitment to innovative teaching methods
