PGT Physics Teacher

Job Responsibilities

• Teach Physics to students of classes XI and XII as per the CBSE/State curriculum.
• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans, laboratory experiments, and project work that foster analytical thinking.
• Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
• Mentor and guide students for competitive exams such as JEE and NEET, as required.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and school events.
• Coordinate with the school administration for curriculum updates and resource requirements.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities, including science fairs, workshops, and seminars.

Essential Qualifications

• Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Physics / Bachelor of Education (B.ed) or related field from a recognized university.
• Eligibility for the Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) examination as per state regulations.
• Proficient command of English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
• Strong grasp of core Physics concepts and modern pedagogical methods.

Desired Experience

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (Classes XI‑XII).
• Experience conducting laboratory sessions and managing practical assessments.
• Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and competitive exam preparation.
• Demonstrated ability to use digital tools and e‑learning platforms effectively.
