We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physics Teacher (PGT) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Physics concepts and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students in middle to high school grades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
- Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams.
- Provide timely feedback and support to help students achieve academic goals.
- Foster a growth mindset and create an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Incorporate practical experiments and demonstrations to enhance learning.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to promote holistic student development.
- Maintain up-to-date records of student performance and behavior.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Physics or related field (Master's preferred).
- B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the Physics curriculum and teaching methods.
- Previous teaching experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use educational technology effectively.
