Core Purpose
To teach Physics to senior secondary students (Classes XI–XII) in alignment with the CBSE curriculum, ensuring conceptual clarity, scientific inquiry, and academic excellence while preparing students for board examinations and higher studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum and academic guidelines.
- Plan and deliver structured lesson plans, practical sessions, assignments, and assessments that strengthen conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and practical demonstrations while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Prepare students for CBSE board examinations through systematic revision, practice tests, and examination-oriented guidance.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and practical assessments; maintain accurate academic records.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support to help students achieve their academic potential.
- Encourage scientific thinking, analytical reasoning, and participation in Olympiads, science exhibitions, and subject enrichment activities.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance classroom learning.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, engaging, and inquiry-based learning environment.
- Participate in departmental planning, curriculum development, school events, training programs, and professional development activities.
Qualification & Skills
- Master's degree in Physics or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of CBSE curriculum, practical work, and assessment patterns.
