Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective Physics lessons for senior secondary students.
- Develop engaging, concept-based and inquiry-oriented learning experiences.
- Conduct practicals and laboratory activities effectively.
- Assess and monitor students academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for board examinations through structured teaching and revision.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving and scientific reasoning.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Participate in school activities, academic planning and co-curricular initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall development of students.
Key Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Physics with relevant teaching qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Experience teaching senior secondary classes will be an advantage.
- Ability to effectively use technology and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Passionate about teaching and committed to students academic and holistic development.
