Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for PGT Physics and PGT Chemistry educators. Based in Gurugram, the position involves designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, preparing students for competitive exams, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. Educators will also contribute to curriculum development while inspiring and mentoring students to achieve academic excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Physics, theoretical concepts, and applied fields such as Radiation, Medical Physics, and Theoretical Physics
- Proficiency in Physics Education and experience in teaching advanced concepts effectively
- Passion for teaching, with the ability to inspire and engage students across diverse learning styles
- A postgraduate degree in Physics or Chemistry, or a closely related field, is required
- Teaching experience, particularly at a senior secondary level, is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
- Knowledge of preparing students for national and state-level competitive exams is a plus
