The PGT Hindi Teacher will be responsible for teaching Hindi literature and language in alignment with CBSE guidelines. The candidate will ensure academic excellence, develop students critical thinking through literature, and prepare them for board examinations.
Key Responsibilities
• Curriculum Delivery: Teach Hindi literature, poetry, grammar, and writing skills to classes assigned by the school.
• Lesson Planning: Develop and implement engaging, structured lesson plans, including worksheets, assignments, and test papers.
• Assessment: Evaluate student performance, mark assignments, and provide constructive feedback to improve academic outcomes.
• Board Preparation: In case of Grade 10 and 12 students, prepare students for board exams through specialized training, revision sessions, and previous year paper analysis.
• Language Development: Foster proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and a positive, interactive learning environment.
• Parent Communication: Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and communicate student progress.
• Co-curricular Activities: Organize and participate in school events, such as Hindi debates, elocution, theater, and literary quizzes.
Qualifications
• Education: Master's degree in Hindi (M.A. Hindi) with high academic attainment.
• Teaching Credential: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills in Hindi, strong understanding of Hindi literature, and proficiency in digital teaching tools.
