- Master's Degree in English (MA in English) from a recognized university
- B.Ed. or equivalent professional teaching qualification
Roles & Responsibilities:- Teach English language and literature to senior secondary classes (XIXII) as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans that foster critical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills among students.
- Conduct periodic assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain academic records.
- Develop engaging teaching methods using modern pedagogical tools, digital resources, and interactive activities.
- Guide students in debates, elocutions, creative writing, and literary events.
- Prepare students for board examinations through structured practice and academic support.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Participate in school functions, staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and academic excellence.
