Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a PGT English teacher at the Birla Public School Kishangarh campus in Kishangarh, Rajasthan. The role involves lesson planning, delivering engaging English language and literature classes, assessing student progress, and guiding students in academic performance and co-curricular activities. The teacher will also contribute to mentoring students and supporting character-building and leadership development in alignment with the school's values and mission.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching, including literature and language skills
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to mentor students through training and development programs
- Skills in Translation or linguistic fluency in English and any other language will be an advantage
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a student-focused approach to teaching and learning
- Post-Graduate degree in English with a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching English at the senior secondary level, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school
- Prior experience in a boarding school environment is an added advantage
