Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver well-structured lesson plans in Computer Science for the higher secondary level.
- Facilitate a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through various assessment methods, including exams, projects, and presentations.
- Implement modern teaching methodologies and tools, ensuring students are well-versed in current technology and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall curriculum and promote interdisciplinary learning.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in Computer Science and incorporate relevant topics into the curriculum.
- Hold regular communication with parents regarding student performance and departmental activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and continuous professional development opportunities.
Essential Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of computer programming languages and tools.
- Proven ability to teach complex concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a recognized institution, preferably at the higher secondary level.
- Experience in educational technology integration in the classroom.
- Familiarity with current educational trends and methodologies related to Computer Science.
