Role Description The PGT Chemistry role at Brewiing Talent is a full-time, on-site position based in Rohini. The individual in this role will teach advanced chemistry concepts, design lesson plans, and deliver engaging classroom sessions aligned with academic standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing learning materials, conducting laboratory demonstrations, guiding learners through experiments, and assessing student progress through assignments and tests. The role also involves supporting curriculum development, maintaining safety and compliance in laboratory settings, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Chemistry knowledge and a solid understanding of advanced topics relevant to teaching at the PGT level.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, solve complex problems, and guide learners in scientific reasoning.
• Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills to conduct experiments, ensure safety protocols, and demonstrate practical applications of chemistry.
• Candidates should possess Communication abilities to explain concepts clearly, engage diverse learners, and provide constructive feedback.
• Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) skills to stay updated with current trends, contribute to curriculum improvement, and integrate innovative teaching methods.
• Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field, along with relevant teaching qualifications (such as B.Ed or equivalent), is preferred.
• Prior experience teaching chemistry at higher secondary or equivalent level, and familiarity with educational boards syllabi, is beneficial.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics, use educational technology, and maintain an inclusive, respectful learning environment.
