Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) specializing in Chemistry and Biology. The role is based in Ludhiana and involves preparing and delivering engaging lesson plans, teaching advanced concepts in Chemistry and Biology, and developing innovative teaching strategies tailored to students needs. The PGT will also supervise and guide students during laboratory activities, mentor them for academic excellence, and foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of Chemistry and Biology and ability to teach advanced concepts
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret scientific data
  • Solid Laboratory Skills, including knowledge of procedures, safety protocols, and hands-on experience
  • Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) to spark innovative approaches in teaching and content development
  • Effective Communication skills to engage students and facilitate learning
  • Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
  • Teaching certification or qualification in education is preferred
  • Passion for improving academic outcomes and fostering a lifelong love of learning
