Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bilara for a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) specializing in Business Studies and Accounts. The teacher will be responsible for creating lesson plans, delivering engaging and comprehensive lectures, assessing student progress through assignments and examinations, and fostering a positive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining student records, providing guidance to students in their academic and personal growth, and participating in staff meetings, curriculum planning, and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Business Studies and Accounts, including expertise in Business Planning and General Business concepts
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess student progress and improve teaching strategies
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and fellow staff
- Customer Service orientation, with the ability to ensure a supportive and engaging learning environment for students
- A Master's degree in Business Studies, Accounts, or a related field, along with teaching qualifications such as B.Ed
- Hands-on experience in CBSE curriculum and teaching students in a similar role
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills
