Core Purpose
To teach Business Studies to senior secondary students with conceptual clarity and practical relevance, helping them understand business principles and preparing them for CBSE board examinations.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Business Studies to Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, case studies, assignments, and assessments that link theory with real-world business practices.
Explain core concepts such as management principles, organisation, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship.
Evaluate student performance, maintain academic records, and provide timely, constructive feedback.
Prepare students for board examinations through structured revisions, mock tests, and exam-oriented guidance.
Encourage participation in business quizzes, seminars, projects, and subject enrichment activities.
Identify learning gaps and provide academic support where required.
Maintain classroom discipline and promote critical thinking and discussion-based learning.
Participate in departmental planning, school programs, training sessions, and professional development activities.
Qualification & Skills
Master's degree in Business Studies, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline.
BEd as per CBSE requirements.
Strong understanding of business concepts and CBSE assessment patterns.
Effective communication, classroom management, and student mentoring skills.
Ability to use digital tools and real-life examples to enhance learning.
