Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Vibration Data Collection uploading anddownloading tosoftware along with FFT Analysis and Dynamic Balancing.
- Understanding of Wear Debris Analysis procedure and understanding of the Report and its implementation.
- Conducting NDT activities like Ultrasonic flaw detection hardness and thickness measurements of welding crack.
- Exposure of Rolling Element Brg and Journal Bearings its Function and Fitting/Dismantling.
- To prepare weekly compliance report for PM07 orders, abnormality notification, why-whyanalysisand allrecommendationof why-why analysis. To conduct breakdown analysis reviewmeetingfor effective and actual root cause analysis of all breakdowns. To support SAP PM users for SAP PM module implementation and trouble shooting.
- Conduct static and dynamic balancing of rotors like impellers,crushersand other equipment's to optimize the vibration level for smooth function of equipment.
- Ensure implementation of WCM/ISO Systems.
- Ensuring 100% compliance with all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to their area concerned.
- Timely conducting scheduled CAPA round and reporting of accidents, incidents and near misses on occurrencesin the area ofconcern in system
- To conduct dailyToolboxTalk asscheduleand beforestartthe job any critical job along with SWP Active participation in safety training, safety sub committees, standard champions meeting and any safety event.
Qualification : BE /B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical
Experience : 05 to 10 Years of relevant experience.
Professional Experience description : Well versed with Cement Plant equipment. Vibration data analysis, Dynamic Balancing, Laser Alignment, NDT (UT, MPT) Lubrication Management, SAP (PM Module)
